Ensure your fragrance products are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.
Initiate Return
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to our processing center.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
